1) Return and exchange policies
Returns and exchanges are free! No re-stocking fees necessary.
Exchange
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please send us an email with the subject line ‘EXCHANGE’ at info@rue107.com. In the email, please list your name, order number, and the reason(s) for the exchange. From there you will mail the item back to the return address on the envelope. Once we receive the item, your new item will be sent out within two business days.
Returns
We don’t want to get stuck with any items we don’t like and we’re sure you don’t either. For whatever reason an item doesn’t work for you, please follow the return instructions as listed below.
Send us an email with the subject line ‘RETURN’ at info@rue107.com within 5 days of receiving the item. In the email, please provide us with your full name, order number, and reason(s) for the return. Once you get an email back from us acknowledging the return request, you can send the item back to the return address. When we receive your garment, your full refund will be warranted if the garment has no signs or wear and tear, unwashed, and in its original condition.
**Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items**
Original shipping fees cannot be refunded, and we are not responsible for exchange, and return shipping fees.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Rue 107 reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
